We’ve rounded up some of our favourite Instagram accounts to help you get through Ramadan, from home cooking connoisseurs to dining out expert diners we’ve got a little something for everyone.
@thewaytoweightloss
I don’t know about you but I find being healthy in Ramadan a real struggle at times. The culprit is normally social gatherings or my parent’s house where there are enough samosas and fried foods to feed a small village. The key for me to ensure a healthy and nutritious Ramadan is planning my meals and ensuring I am changing it up regularly so I don’t end up giving into cravings. I love @thewaytoweightloss with endless healthy recipe ideas as well as workouts this Ramadan. Aishah is a doctor, a qualified PT.
