new recipe! on the blog today, a Fijian Indian lamb pulao! a few differences between this and the classic Pakistani one: there's no stock (yakhni) here, the garam masala is a little different with no black cardamom or cinnamon and the rice is stir-fried separately with onions and spices before being added to the lamb. served with a tomato chutney, it's our current favourite pulao! tap @thismuslimgirlbakes for the recipe link! 😊
